I’ve run six marathons, and dozens of triathlons including Ironman

Career Questions What career advice do you live by? Who gave it to you?
Every time we have a problem my mom says, “This too shall pass”.
What do you/did you love the most about your job?
The symbiotic relationship with my growers. They produce it; we clean it and market it. Hopefully, everyone makes money.
What experiences and past roles have led you to where you are today?
I grew up on a wheat/barley/grass seed farm where we learned to work hard and appreciate other people.

Running the Boson Marathon in 2009. Super fun day.
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Both. Sleeping is a skill, and I am not good at it.
